ဆောင်မန်ဟီး (အင်္ဂလိပ်: Syngman Rhee; ကိုရီးယား: 리승만, အသံထွက် [i.sɯŋ.man]; ဧပြီ ၁၈၊ ၁၈၇၅ – ဇူလိုင် ၁၉၊ ၁၉၆၅) သည် ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ အစိုးရ၏ ပထမဆုံးနှင့် နောက်ဆုံးသမ္မတ၊ ကိုရီးယားသမ္မတနိုင်ငံ (တောင်ကိုရီးယား)၏ ပထမဆုံးသမ္မတ ဖြစ်သည်။ သူ၏သမ္မတသက်တမ်း သုံးကြိမ်ဆက်သည် ကိုရီးယားကျွန်းဆွယ်စစ်ပွဲ၏ တင်းမာမှုအား အကျိုးသက်ရောက်စေခဲ့သည်။
