ဦးကျော်တင့်ဆွေ (၁၉ မတ် ၁၉၄၅ မွေးဖွား[3]) သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား သံတမန်ဖြစ်ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အမျိုးသား လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကော်မရှင်တွင် ဒုတိယဥက္ကဋ္ဌအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။[4] ၂၀၀၁ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၁၀ ခုနှစ်အထိ ကုလသမဂ္ဂသို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ သံအမတ်အဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။[5] ၁၉၆၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာနတွင် စတင် အလုပ်လုပ်ခဲ့သည်။[5] သူသည် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိခဲ့သူ ဖြစ်သည်။[3]
